The DQP is successful in bringing State agencies together in a formal environment to share information and resources for improved services to the citizens of Delaware. Agency leaders are aware of the benefits the DQP provides, and are becoming more interested and supportive in the CQI effort. The DQP is leading the way toward a more unified approach to a more efficient State government.

The DQP gained recognition from the Governor’s Office, cabinet secretaries, and upper management for generating a positive and productive means of improving organizational excellence within the State.
