Please join us for this thought provoking and sometimes humorous discussion on career progression...Some reflection required. Participants will be charged with a difficult task - unlearning, relearning, and learning a data driven approach to better discern opportunities for personal and professional growth. The PDCA cycle will be highlighted. Greg Mazzotta has been sharing career profession knowledge since he participated in the formation of a statewide professional networking group sixteen years ago. Greg (MB: INTJ) practices the art and science of management consulting and articulates a system perspective to achieving organizational growth.

Change Management is the organized, systematic application of knowledge, tools, and resources of change that provide organizations with a key process to achieve their business strategy. After attending the DQP Change Management overview, participants will:
- Learn about Change Management principles
- Learn about the DTI Change Management methodology
- Gain knowledge for getting your peers and customers to accept change, and

August 4, 2006 - Carvel State Office Building, Wilmington DE, 9:30-12:00. Program: Leadership; Presented by Jim Brooks (DE-Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control). To answer the age-old question, does a person have to be born a leader or can they learn to be a leader? The answer is that leaders are not born, they are made. The discussion on leadership will examine the Principles of Leadership and Traits of a Good Leader. In addition, things you need and do not need to be an effective leader.
June 9, 2006 - Paradee Center (U of D), Dover DE, 9:30-12:00. Program: Linking Customer Service to Baldrige Criteria; Guest Speaker is Michael Rudis, a Training Administrator with the Department of Health and Social Services. He will present on Customer Service, linking it to the Baldrige Criteria and focusing on the relationship between attitude and customer service. It promises to be lively and upbeat as well as informative.
